but first i have to share my weigh in and measurement results....
first thing we did was take a picture of me... and my husband was amazed when he looked at the picture from day 1... he said "I see you every day, so i haven't noticed an obvious change, but seeing that picture, you really are losing inches." here is what i looked like this morning:

i made sure to wear the same thing i did on day one, so you can really see a good comparison.. only difference is the color of the sportsbra, but they fit the same...
I weigh 216 pounds.. so i have LOST 10!!!!!!!
for a grand total of..... drum roll please!!!!!!!!!.................
I have lost 10 pounds and 8 1/4 inches! in the first 10 days!!!!!!! wooohoooo me!
i am really excited now.... and so very proud of myself...

now the MAX Pack days (the next 14 days) are a bit different than the Cleanse.. and a lot easier... it's simply a matter of eating right, as i have been.. tho i can start incorporating more foods into my diet, like healthy amounts of potatoes and rice and a bit more of the foods i love... just have to eat smart, as usual :)
there are 4 different packets of vitamins and supplements to take... i am going to follow my coaches advice and take the first 2 when i first wake up, the the 3rd one with breakfast and the 4th one with lunch. not terrible, they include the Restore and the Herbal Cleanse tablets and one of the Omegaplex... and then 1 or 2 others... so no different than what i have been doing... from what i understand from the instruction video's, they not only give me the vitamins and nutrients i need, but they also communicate to my body to store muscle and burn excess fat, instead of the other way around... i can definitely deal with that :)
breakfast today is a meal replacement shake on the way to work... i decided to try the vanilla and blended it with half a banana... OMG YUM!!!!! the banana did make it a little thick, so next time i will either need to add more water or less banana.. lol
10am - did you know that even though the picture on the refridgerator box shows fruit in the little tray under the freezer thingy and not in it, that position still freezes them?... lol.. i pulled out an apple for a snack and bit into it.. OMG it was soooo cold and icy and not biteable.. lol had to let it thaw a bit.. but after that it was yummy!
I had a fruit punch Spark today... didn't need it till around 1030 when my workload started to drown me... gives me that perfect little boost to get past the hurdles of paperwork piling up on my desk...
12:30pm... lunchtime with my husband... took the 4th little packet of vitamins wiht my lunch.. he wanted to go to wendy's to try one of their salads... poor thing was still dissatisfied.. but i think his issue is, first, he is not a big salad person... at least not what you get outside of home.. he likes MY salads for some reason tho... must be all the love i put into it (yes you can gag now).... and second, he goes into a restaurant thinking he will get the taste and satisfaction fo the food he used to get... and the salad just doesn't live up.... well duh.. if you go into a meal expecting filet mignon and you taste lettuce, you are gonna be disappointed.... i told him all he has to do is get thru the 10 days of the Cleanse and he can go back to having subway for lunch.... we may hav to figure out other places to eat lunch where he can get veggies and a protein instead of salad so he can feel more satisfied and not miserable.. so i'll have to do some investigating this weekend...
as for me, i had one of the chicken salads with the pomegranate viniagrette.. that stuff is actually pretty good... got the half order and it filled me up perfectly..
3:30pm.. snack of some pistachios... kinda in the habit of eating them.... didn't need a lot... just a handful :)
6pm.. dinner time... had the leftover teriyaki chicken i cooked the other day, and some rice and a devilled egg.... i didn't even finish the rice... stopped when i was full... that makes me happy :)
9:45.. evening snack.. i am going to exercise once the game is over, so i think a bit of fuel is a good idea..... word of warning... devilled eggs are addictive... 3 is the perfect amount for a snack... 4 is too many... i had 4.... now i know....
nothing like starting a workout at almost 1030 at night.... but sure gets you tired for bed.. lol.. i worked out to another 40 minute routine (actually 47 minutes wiht the cooldown) on my biggest loser game.... i did better with the running in place and jumping jacks tonight... but the majority of this workout was boxing moves... OMG that hurts so good... i can't wait till we can get my punching bag out of the garage and put it in the spare room (which we are in the process of turning into a workout room)... i think i'll buy one of those cardio boxing dvd's to punch to... i am exhausted.. but it's a good kind of pain :)
looking forward to bed... it has been a good day.... taking our daughter to the zoo tomorrow, go plan on walking a lot! will definitely remember to bring my water and some good snacks :)
