Ok... there is something to be said about being too busy to blog.... which i have been the last couple of days... so i will combine the last 3 days in one blog :) especially since i tend to do the same thing each day.. lol
wake up and take the 1st packet from the Max pack :) it has become habit now....
take the 2 packets wiht my breakfast, which has been a shake each morning on my way to work... i don't now about anyone else.. but i really do love these things... i think the vanilla with some banana in it is probably my favorite.. then the strawberry and then the chololate.. even when i am done wiht the challenge, and have lost the weight i want to lsoe, i have a feeling i will continue drinking these.. lol
work gets busy quickly so i tend to have a Spark around 9:30am... my favorite flavor is the Mandarin Orange.. it seriously is Tang and i LOVED Tang :)
snack at around 10 is fruit.. usually grapes or an apple.. the easiest things to eat while working.
take the 4th packet of vitamins at around 11:45am.. then off to lunch.
i have found that i can get a delicious salad or healthy lunch size meal almost everywhere we go... i love chicken, so that has been my habit,..... grilled or baked chicken wiht the sauce on the side and/or a salad..... it has become habit now... and you know what, i honestly am not even craving the stuff i used to eat. and i rarely even eat all of what i am given.... and i feel sooooo much better for it :)
snack at around 3:30pm is usually fruit or nuts or a snack bar.... just depends on my mood.
dinner is anywhere between 6 and 7:30pm... just depends on how busy i get when i get home... i have found myself cooking a lot of salmon and chicken lately... with beans or peas or rice as a side..... and again.. i have been surprised at how i am actually not craving my staple meals of lasagna or fried chicken or heavy pasta's.....
evening snack is usually around 9:30 or 10.. and is usually a snack bar, nuts or fruit... depends on my mood again....
i have not been able to exercise the last few days.. since i hurt my back working on the stairs... dr said to rest it... so even tho i have the energy to workout, i actually listened to my dr this time and haven't worked out yet this week.... but i think i will tonight :)
and bedtime is whenever i can get to bed... i have been sleeping really well the last couple of weeks.. no idea if it has anything to do with the 24 day challenge or not... but i know i feel better overall, so it just might.. :)
