Day 13 - June 10, 2012

oh my goodness my body is sore this morning.... guess i really did more yesterday than i thought....
i think i am going to start my day with a Spark... to give me that energy to move faster so the muscles don't hurt as much.. lol
my daughter slept in till just after 9am... and i slept really good.. all caught up from waking up so early yesterday... heh

first thing is first.... take the before breakfast packet... and the Spark is the perfect thing to drink it with...  i chose Grape today.. i REALLY like this flavor..  just gotta wait 30 minutes after taking that packet to have breakfast...

9:35am - for breakfast, i think i am going to have a vanilla shake.... i tried it with a banana mixed in the other day, but today i think i am going to keep it plain.   it's actually quite good... it almost tastes like a vanilla Frosty from Wendy's... almost :)
and i was right about the Spark.. it doesn't make the sore muscles go away, but it does help me moe faster so they don't hurt as much as with slower movements..... now i just need the motivation to clean this house.... gotta replace the stairs this afternoon once my husband gets home from work... so should really get the rest done before then.. and i now have the energy to do it, so might as well :)   (wow this is a whole new me... i usually hate cleaning.. lol)

well that was interesting........  12:45pm.. lunch time... having the last of some of my leftovers... half a burger patty, a few mini meatballs and green beans... it was delicious... and out of habit, i went back to the fridge to get a devilled egg... pulled out the container, set it on the counter, then.... i realized i was not really hungry for anything more and didn't need to eat one.. so i didn't.....love it!!!
and yes.. today i did remember to take the 4th packet with lunch too :)

got so busy working on the stairs (which by the way is a workout in itself... my back is gonna kill tomorrow)... i forgot to have a snack till 5pm.... had grapes.. they were yummy...

gotta have a spark... starting to run out of energy and really need to get these stairs finished before bedtime.... got 6 out and replaced.. now gotta get the other 5 and the landing...... that is gonna take a lot of work....... wish me luck.

HA!!!!! i finally beat the brown rice and cooked it to perfection... at least my definition of it.. lol... i figured out what i did wrong last time to fail so badly.. and this time... it turned out awesome!

730pm... dinner.... my version of beef stroganoff but with ground beef and brown rice and mustard sauce of my own creation... i am still amazed at how much less i am eating for dinner.... now i eat how much a healthy human is supposed to... rather than enough to feed a small village like i used to...

back to the stairs.... and missed evening snack completely.... got all the stairs done... but not the landing.... discovered a snafu that will have to be figured out... well i gotta finish it by tomorrow night.... so i guess i'll sleep on it.....
i am so exhausted.. feels like i have been using muscles i didn't even know i had... and that also means no need to exercise tonight... i WILL be feeling this in the morning...
